Grow Your Spiritual Practice with Jeff Craft (Kali Das)

Discover the secrets to sustaining and growing your spiritual practice and accelerating spiritual awakening while also managing daily distractions and thriving in life.

Does This Sound Familiar?

  • Things affect you longer than you want them to
  • You replay conversations and think of what you should’ve said
  • Certain people still get to you more than you’d like
  • You hold back what you really think… instead of expressing what’s true
  • You walk away from interactions feeling slightly off — and it lingers

Sometimes it’s obvious. Sometimes it’s subtle. But over time, it adds up. And it starts to feel like your energy is tied up in things you didn’t choose to keep carrying.

Why This Keeps Happening
(Even When You’re Aware of It)

These moments aren’t random. They reflect situations where something in you still gets pulled in.

It could be:

  • Emotional impact from past relationships
  • A dynamic with a parent or family member
  • Wanting someone’s approval more than you’d like
  • Something unresolved that keeps resurfacing
  • Old patterns that keep getting triggered

And when that happens, your attention and energy go with it.

Most people try to deal with this by thinking it through, distracting themselves, or waiting for it to pass.

But it doesn’t actually resolve. It just shows up again later — with a different person, in a different moment.

What Changes When You Reclaim Your Power

Instead of getting pulled in and stuck in it…

You start to recognize the familiar moment more quickly, and you learn to respond from a more empowered place. Instead of replaying something for hours, second-guessing yourself, or feeling drained after…

You can:

  • Catch it earlier before it fully takes over
  • let it go without needing to “figure it out”
  • feel calm and clear in the moment
  • respond in a way that actually feels like you

And over time, something deeper shifts — you start to feel like yourself more consistently.

How This Actually Works

This is a 4-week live small-group experience (max 10 people) where we work directly with real situations from your life.

We'll meet Wednesdays, April 1st through April 22nd. from 6:30pm to 8pm Eastern.

Each week, you’ll bring something that’s alive for you right now:

  • a conversation that stuck with you
  • a situation that pulled your attention back
  • something that’s feeling challenging

And we’ll work with it together — live.

You’ll start to:

  • recognize when something begins to affect you
  • understand what’s happening in that moment
  • release it so it doesn’t stay with you

This is where you begin working with real situations — so the shift happens in real time, not just in theory.

Your 4-Week Journey
to Reclaiming Your Power

Discover how to reclaim and maintain your personal power by understanding how it gets lost, how to restore it, and how to live from that state consistently.

Each week builds on the last, helping you move from feeling affected… to feeling grounded and like yourself more consistently.

Week 1: April 1st — Where You’re Giving Your Power Away

We start by uncovering the subtle ways your energy gets pulled without you realizing it.

This might show up as:

  • lingering emotional ties to the past
  • needing approval or validation
  • holding back to avoid discomfort
  • replaying conversations afterward
  • staying in familiar dynamics that drain you

You’ll begin seeing how these patterns show up in real-life situations — not just in theory.

What changes:
You start noticing when you’re giving your power away, instead of just feeling stuck in it.

Week 2: April 8th — What Being More Empowered Feels Like

Once you see where power is lost, we explore the alternative — what it looks and feels like to stay connected to yourself.

You’ll begin experiencing:

  • expressing what you really think without hesitation
  • staying calm and grounded in conversations
  • holding boundaries without tension
  • not carrying interactions with you afterward
  • trusting your responses instead of second-guessing

What changes:
You begin having moments where you respond from a more centered, self-directed place.

Week 3: April 15th — Navigating the Discomfort of Change

As you start responding differently, it can feel unfamiliar — sometimes even uncomfortable.

You might notice:

  • worrying about how others will respond
  • wondering if you’re “doing it right”
  • old fears surfacing
  • slipping back into familiar patterns

This week helps you understand and work with that discomfort, so it doesn’t pull you back.

You’ll learn how to keep your transformational growth on track even when choosing new ways of showing up.

What changes:
You begin staying calm and self-connected, even when situations would have previously pulled you off-center.

Week 4: April 22nd — Making This Your New Normal

The final week brings everything together into a simple, repeatable way of working with your experience.

You’ll learn how to:

  • recognize when your power starts slipping
  • understand what’s happening underneath
  • release the emotional blocks and stop energy leaks
  • respond from a clearer, more authentic place

This becomes something you can continue using — in conversations, relationships, and everyday life.

What changes:
You leave with a grounded sense of how to keep reclaiming your power and feeling like yourself consistently.

What You Walk Away With

By the end of the 4 weeks, you won’t just understand this — you’ll have experienced what it feels like to stay connected to yourself, and know how to return to that state whenever you need to.

You’ll leave with a simple, repeatable way to:

  • Break the repeating cycles and release past influences
  • feel more like yourself in real situations
  • respond clearly without overthinking afterward

This becomes a foundational skill you can rely on in conversations, in relationships, and in everyday life.

Not just during the 4 weeks — but going forward.

"Jeff’s program truly changed my life for the better."
